2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the reappointment of Richard McCusker as an Associate Member – Planning Board for the period of October 24, 2006 to June 30, 2009.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove forwarding the request for a zoning by-law change submitted by Atty. Gerald Marsan, representing Bertarelli Bros./Brown Builders, Inc., to the Planning Board for their hearing process.
